My experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was, from strart to finish, well above expectations. Having never shipped a vehicle before, the company's represetatives were entirely helpful, friendly and reassuring. I contacted Direct Auto Transport several times prior to and during the shipping period. Each time the information they provided was accurate, prompt and most professionally explained.
The driver, Mr. Royal J. Guyette, could not have been a better selection to handle this cross-country delivery. He arrived in San Diego a day ahead of schedule and called several times to update me on his expected time of arrival. Despite having to have a quick repair made to his own equipment, his estimated time for dropping off my SUV was very precise. Since the location to which he delivered the vehicle was extremely hilly and in dense traffic, an on-the-spot decision as to where to meet him was arranged without any difficulty at all.
He very quickly unloaded my SUV and drove it right to where I was waiting. Signing off on the bill of lading and paying him by money order was handled in under one minute - at exactly the quoted price.
I would recommend Direct Auto Transport and Mr. Guyette's trucking services to anyone interested in first class, reliable shipping service.
