I confirmed the transport Wed. morning. Direct Express Auto Transport personel were informative and answered all my questions. Confirmation for pickup was made Wed afternoon for the car to be picked up Thurs. afternoon. Pickup was on time, within the time frame that the driver gave me Wed. evening. The driver was courteous and informative about the entire trip of the vehicle. Arrival of the car was within the five day quote that was given to me. No damage was noted to the car. Again the driver was courteous upon arrival of the vehicle in Texas. The vehicle was clean, as I was told that the truck would be going through a truck wash in Kansas before delivery.
The price was the best we found when researching for the transport.
