I had never used a car transport company. This was very pleasurable. They took the worry out of the entire process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable personnel on the phone guiding you through the process. In addition, email announcements brought you up to date on what to expect every step of the way. The driver called to inform me of the drop off day and time.
Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
