I checked out this website after seeing the BBB A+ rating for this company. After having difficulties with other companies, I called Direct Express Auto. They were friendly and helpful and explained the process to me. Everything went just as they said. My car was picked up within five days of my first available date and was delivered to me within a week from pick up. Direct Express notified me when a carrier had been selected and the carrier kept in contact with me until arrival of my vehicle. The car came in the same condition as when it left, looking good! They really did a great job and it was a very efficient service. I would recommend this service of transport of your vehicle!
