This was my first experience with purchasing a car from another state. It was also my first experience with shipping a car. I was anxious and more than a bit suspicious of the whole process. Ken Morgan at Direct Connect Auto Shippers was extremely patient and understanding. He talked me though the process and gave me a level of comfort that allowed me to enter the deal for the car. I'm extremely glad I did.

As promised, the driver picked up the car on Saturday. The driver did a thorough inspection of the car upon receipt and noted some curb rash underneath the front bumper. The driver was scheduled to deliver the car on Tuesday evening, but was delayed slightly. The car was in my driveway at 7:30 AM on Wednesday. A daytime delivery was much better. It allowed me to inspect the car and it was in excellent condition. It had rained during the trip and the car was slightly dirty, but nothing unexpected for an unenclosed carrier.
