We set a pickup date. I called the morning of pickup since the carrier never called. I was told they were coming and waited all day, no call no show. I called the agent again, they seemed annoyed at me for calling. They then told me the pickup would be first thing in the morning, again no show no call. I called mid day and they said within two hours. Car finally picked up at 6:00pm on Tuesday. Car then sat in a yard someplace and did not get delivered until the following Wednesday, 10 days after my pick up appointment.
I will probably not use this service to bring it back.
