Called Kimberly this morning at 10:00 a.m. CDT and the car was PICKED UP by 1:30 p.m. I had been left in the lurch by another company. Waited at home TWO DAYS for pickup and they never showed up. Kimberly was professional, reassuring and not pushy. She laid out the facts and let me get my information in order. After speaking to several other carriers who were considerably less money I went with her because I felt like she was not just trying to sell me something. She takes pride in the job she does and it shows.
