This is the second time in 6 months that I've used Direct Connect, and the service was excellent again this time. JR is a great guy to deal with. The company is honest, fair, communicates well, reasonably priced, and on time. Sean the driver was equally good to deal with. And I was not prompted or offered any incentive to write this. Highly recommended.
