I am one that will give credit when it is due. The team at Direct was super and Kimberly was the best. My son was being discharged from the Army after his tour and moving back east and direct was there for us. We had an unusual delivery situation as we live on an island and needed at least 3-4 hours notice so we could take a boat to the mainland. The driver ALEX was the best curtious and hepful. I have already passed on the info for a friend who is moving to Alaska. highly recommend
