I decided to go with direct connect auto because they promised the pickup and dropoff times that I sent them at a premium rate. After multiple confirmations from the rep (some Johnny guy) regarding accurate pickup/dropoff time, I was called by the dispatch saying that they were supposed to pick up my cars a day in advance. That was not going to work with my schedule, but I received literally no help from the rep to resolve it. Instead I was told that the driver would pickup my cars and drop them off somewhere in a parking lot without anyone's presence. That didn't work for me and I had to call, negotiate and schedule times with driver myself. I think I was very lucky to get the vehicles delivered when I was at destination only because the driver's travel schedule was delayed. The driver (who obviously belonged to a third party company) was nice but I would certainly refrain from using Direct connect auto in future.
