Obtained a great quote from Bob at Direct Connect that was considerably lower than most of the other quotes I had received so I was a little skeptical. I called to get more information and Bob, who was very helpful, explained the process in detail. Direct Connect is a dispatching service not the actual hauler and was told that up front. The reason for the great price was because I was willing to wait a week for delivery so keep that in mind if you want a very good price.
My truck arrived safe and sound and the driver stayed in contact throughout the delivery.
I defiantly would use the company again and was impressed with the price and people handling my truck.
