Kyle and Jessica were great. Kyle gave me a good description of the process from the initial request for transport from pickup to deliivery. His estimates were accurate with no hidden cost. Jessica was also very helpful. I was having a difficult time arranging the drop off time so I called Jessica and she quickly contacted the driver and mediated a time that worked for both me and the driver. By Jessica's ability to understand my needs as well as the driver needs she was able to quickly resolve the problem and came up with a time that worked for both. It was important for me to know that Direct Auto did not abandon my as a client after the car was picked up. They followed through until the car was dropped off. I highly recommend this company.
