I used Direct Auto Transport, Inc to haul a 66' Beetle from Texas to Ohio. Both the seller and I have had vehicles transported by other companys and this experience was head and shoulders above the rest.
I chose economy shipping. The seller was very cooperative and I wasn't in a rush. Keith told me about 2 to 3 weeks I would hear something. At about the 4.5 week mark they called me to tell me a driver was assigned. If you see this as a problem you should pay for a higher level of shipping, because the higher level (more money) vehicles ship first. Everyone that contacted the seller and I were very nice and polite. No one talked down to us. The driver Jack took the car off the trailer with ease even though the wheel base is very tight on vw beetles. Most importantly Jack didn't try to get more money out us at the pickup or the delivery.
