DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These are the type of peopel that undermind the moral fiber of this contry. Like ENRON they deceive and separte you from your money. It has been 99 days since I paid my broker fees and still they have not moved my truck. I originally started with an economy rate because I had some time to move the vehicle. As time has passed and I would inquire about the time frame they kept telling me I needed to increase the fees to entice the drivers to pick up my truck. Each time they suggested that I increase my fees I agreed. I have increased the fees $335 over the original quote but to no avail. It has been three weeks since they last returned my calls. They do not have the decency to let me know what their intension are or work with me to get my truck moved. Save yourself the time and headache I have gone through and go with a different company.

Unfortunately Bruce fails to mention that when he booked his shipment he was quoted for an F-250. We dispatched a carrier to pick up his truck however when the driver arrived he informed us that this was not just an F-250, it was actually a Farm Truck. At that point we suggested Bruce raise the carrier fee to get this large unit moved. Bruce did not agree and instead canceled his order with our company and went with another broker for an additional $200, as we originally recommended. Best of luck to him in any future endeavors!
