Web site claimed they had their own fleet of trucks both covered and open. Not true. Nicholas is just
a broker and put the order on the internet. For the price $850 they were going to pick up the truck
at my home. I had to drive 40 miles to meet the Transporter. Nicholas then charged my credit card
$1050.
I had a hard time getting the transporter his money so he would deliver truck to MS.
This was not a good experience.

Mr Fuentes, I apprecite you bringing these matters to my attention. Ultimately, Nick Neal was let go from our firm & is NO LONGER EMPLOYEED here at Direct Auto Movers Inc. However, we ARE A CARRIER & HAVE OPERATED A FLEET OF CAR CARRIERS FOR NEARLY 30 YEARS.
