Diesel auto transport was amazing to me! As a broker they coordinated the transport of my vehicle from Washington to Arizona. The turn around time was amazing! Even though this isn't a hot route, my vehicle was on its way to me the very next day I hired their service(January 24, 2019). My rep Johnny B was excellent communicating, explaining things and finding a carrier for my vehicle. The vehicle arrived to me in 4 days! ... without any expedite fees! The price ($1150) was in the middle of the pack from all the quotes I received from many brokers ($700 - $1700). I wasn't concerned about the price, my main concern was trust and diesel provided that sense of trust that I needed. Prior to hiring Diesel for the past previous days I struggled with other brokers in terms of communication and trust. I had already hired 2 other brokers but after conversations and emails I cancelled their services, long story short, it is a "wild west" on this unregulated industry, high sell pressure tactics, lies, lack of communication and plenty of bad reviews, etc, etc. Thankfully I came across Diesel and I'm a very happy customer. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you Diesel transport and Johnny B!
