Broken Car

My car was perfectly driveable and in good working order when they picked it up, and they even drove it from my home to where the trailer was parked to load the car. All was well...until they dropped off the car a week later (from NY to CA) when the rear wheel was broken and the car was not driveable and expensive to fix. They did not take responsibility for the damage that they caused while in their possession and also claimed that there were "pre-existing suspension" issues, which was absolutely not true. They did not pay my claim and left me with a broken car!
