Before booking Kelly was super responsive. Afterwards she would never return inquiries. She took a deposit on 9/10/14 of $195. First pickup was scheduled for 9/30/14. Come 10/08/14, 30 full days from inception, no pickup or scheduled date. I canceled the order. They would not issue a full refund, only 42 percent, which I have yet to receive. She told me 4-5 days. They just called and said 7-10 days. Not one word of truth from them. Worst online experience I have ever had.
