Dependable Auto Shippers are AWFUL!!!!!

DO NOT USE DAS!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! Had my car shipping from Dallas TX to Seattle WA. Took almost a month (3wks 3 days). They changed the delivery date 3 TIMES.
Also, there customer service SUCKS!!!!!! Not sure why they even have a customer service dept. Once they have your money, they will not contact you to let you know the status or any type of update. The website has "tracking" feature but it doesn't even work. Luckily, their automated phone service gave an approximate location of where the car was.
Lastly, when they delivered the car, the bumper was DAMAGED. Now I have to file a claim with them which i expect will not be easy. They are with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and i'm going to report this to them after this review. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND PAY A LITTLE MORE TO HAVE YOUR CAR DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WITHOUT DAMAGE!!!!! DAS, YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!
