This was our first experience shipping a vehicle, and I'll admit I was worried by reviews I read online. DAS was terrific! They delivered everything as promised and more at a competitive price. Shortly before the car was supposed to ship, it was involved in an accident which required us leaving it in the hands of the collision company after the driver had to fly home. This delayed shipping, and the car was delivered to the terminal by the collision company - overall, a complicated situation. DAS worked with us. Because of the accident, a GPS was left in the car - it was still there when the car reached its destination! Customer service was great. If I could suggest one fix, it would be to improve the accuracy of the online vehicle tracking system, which seemed to lag behind the car and cause some confusion. But their customer service people, particularly Sherry Feltman, were always polite, helpful, friendly, problem-solving and efficient. I would definitely recommend DAS and use them again.
