Poor Communiation/Smooth Pickup and Delivery

The customer service rep did not explain the process well...I had to do my own research and ask a list of questions in order to get information...they didn't respond to messages which got me worried for a while since this was a new experience for me and I had read so many reviews about ripoff compaines.

Everything from pickup to delivery went smoothly. Be prepared to take initiative and follow-up.

NOTE: I used them last year and i'm relocating again. They are more expensive than other companies so I'm researching the others before I make a decision.
