Very bad customer service

I tried to get a hold of DAS to change the date of my pickup. I got the run-around from so many different people at DAS I lost track of who I was on hold for. The people there were rude and continued to transfer me to other people, who then put me on hold or I was routed into voice mail. It took 3 different sessions of about 1 hour each, talking to at least 8 different people, none of whom would take responsibility for anything, before I finally gave up. NO WAY would I recommend using this outfit, and would never use it myself. Their trick is that they answer the phone right away for new orders, but once you have an order number, they could care less.
