Company showed up on time to pick up car but when driver went to move the car he damaged the shifter then said they could not transport the car.I was charged a dry run fee even though they damaged the car.It took several days and phone calls to have my money returned,never one time did I get to talk to a supervisor they were always busy.Definately no customer satisfaction here.
