Dropped off two cars on June 28, 2010. Moving across the country from California to Florida and was told it will take about 14 days. I received one of the cars a day late with damage and as of today, still waiting for the other car. Everyday call and log on to website only to find the date has changed to later. WHAT THE HELL!!!! No one has called or contacted me about this and I'm left with a means of transportation. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE AN EXTREMELY LARGE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NOT SURE IF I WILL EVER GET MY OTHER CAR SINCE IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON JULY 14 AND IT'S NOW THE 20TH OF JULY AND NOTHING.

I fell RAPED by them because they now have my money and my car.
BE VERY SCARED!
