After trying for several days I finally received a date for pickup I did not know before pickup that personal 'affects' (sic) and property are not supposed to be left in the car. When I handed over the keys to my car, I expected that I was doing so to someone representing a reliable agency and that the car would be locked. At that time I was given a a contract to sign that stated the company would be responsible for nothing. My car was already on the truck, packed with my things and I had plane reservations for the next day; not much I could do.

When I received the car, the steering wheel cover I had on was filthy and full of grease. My GPS and Jupiter jack were stolen, as were numerous items from within the car and the trunk. The backseat of the car had clearly been ransacked and everything was thrown about. The driver said that was how he received it. I called the company and was told basically - too bad. They are not responsible for anything.

I would never, under any ciircumstances, use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to.
