20 days for only 1500 miles,It is too slow!

When I booked this shipment for my car,the seller told me that it should be delivered in 7-12 days.But my car stayed at the Origin place for 2 WEEKS!- 14 DAYS.I called them several times,they weren't nice,just told me :we are not guarantee.And told me :you could do nothing except waiting!When I received my car,it was 8 days late. I paid the total money in the first day.But they didn't do anything for 2 weeks. DAS gave me a high price(my car is a 2002 Mits) ,but did a very bad job! They have many problems in their management.

As we have noted previously on this site, DAS offer a menu of services for both guarantying and expediting shipping times. In this case, the customer declined our guaranteed transit time and expedited transit time options in the interest of expense control. It is explained to the customer at time of booking that, based on the service purchased, the transit time is only estimated and can vary based on transport availability.
