I did comparison from 6 different shipping companies before I handed my car to Dependable Auto Shippers. Their price was not the lowest on the market. It's about 2.5% higher than the lowest one. But I chose DAS after I found out those so called "car shipping" companies don't even have their own fleet of trucks.
The sales person in DAS is very professional. He told me every single detail that I need to know about shipping my car. The customer service rep I spoke to is very friendly and knowledgeable too. I just simply cannot find any complaint from the experience I had with DAS.
Their automate phone notification and web tracking system are absolutely the best. I can almost picturing the location of my car on a US map at any given moment during the whole transportation period.
By the way, they even watched my car before the car was delivered to me.
