I had 2 vehicles transported for California to Georgia and although this form does not currently allow for "drop off" as a catagory, I dropped off my vehicles at DAS's local office. Actually my two vehicles were transported on different occasions (approximately 3 months apart). One delivery was within the timeframe that it was promised and the other was earlier than promised.
On both occasions my autombiles were washed (not neccessariy the best job) but none the less it was washed.
The customer serivce staff was very accommodating at the drop off point as well as destination in that for drop off and pickup I needed a Saturday to do both the drop off and pickup. At the destination in GA I needed someone to take me to the pick up point, they were running late. I called the customer service desk and ask them if it would be a problem if I were a little late, I would be at least a half hour later than their half day closing time on Saturday. The woman assured me that there was no problem. She was actually there and waiting eventhough it took longer than the half hour extra I expected. She was not annoyed or upset. In fact I was greeted with a warm smile and conversation.
I am not sure what could have been any better.
With the second vehicle it took a little longer than the first but still it was within the estimated delivery timeframe. Also, I loved their tracking system.
I would diffinately use them again and would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.
