It's been 3 weeks since we droped our car off at the DAS terminal in Syracuse, N.Y. We are still waiting for the car to arrive in Ft. Myers, Florida. The so-called tracker does not work. When you call customer service you listen to a recorded tape for 30 minutes or more before someone gives you another delayed arrival date. If you are considering using this company, poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick. It will be less painful.
