They picked our car up on June 21 and told me they would deliver it July 3-5. Today is July 7 and it is still on the lot where it has been since June 21!!! I called and can get through to sales with a 30 second wait. They transfer me to customer service and was told the wait time would be 'as long as 5 minutes. Fourteen minutes later they answer and tell me they don't know when it will be put on a truck. They tell me if it arrives after July 15 they will pay for a rental car from Enterprise. What about the 10 days of car rental between July 5 and July15? They say I have to pay that. What's worse is I will be going on vacation at the end of July. If it arrives while I am out of town and I can't be there within 5 days, I have to pay a storage fee! So, to recap, I may have to pay for 10 days of car rental and pay a storage fee just because they can't make a delivery on time. One more thing... The company is called Dependable Auto Shippers. Dependable? Huh??
