Need better tracking

The good news -> the car got where it was supposed to be in good shape.

It even got here "faster than promised", but that's largely because the "promise" was a ridiculous 14 days from FL to CO. Ultimately, I'm most frustrated by the total lack of tracking/traceability. From the time the car was picked up, there was no visibility as to where it was and when it would arrive. In fact, I called 5 days before the scheduled delivery date to ask if that was still accurate, was told "yes", and then 2 hours later got an email that the car had arrived.

So DAS needs to improve it's tracking systems.

Other than that -> hey, the car got here and in good shape. I paid for "terminal-to-terminal" shipping, which worked out just fine.
