They never answer the phone

I'll change this review once I get my car. Right now, it's supposed to get from NV to VA, and it's been sitting at the origin terminal for 10 days. I don't know how it's supposed to get to VA in 5 days. I tried reaching the representative who stole my money, some guy named Bernie. But he's never around to pick up the phone. And when you call the main phone line, there's a complicated computer system that runs you in circles.

Honestly, I was better off hiring a Vegas stripper to drive the car to VA at this point.
