PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and do not use this company. We were given a delivery date of 12 days and were told that the vehicle would likely be delivered prior to that, but not after. Today is the 15th day and the vehicle has not left the original location. We have called daily and have left 10 voicemails for our sales rep, Charles, and have yet to receive a phone call back. When we do reach someone at customer service, they say there is no guaranteed date and they will ship it once they can get it on a truck. There is no way to expedite, no apology for the delay, etc. They are extremely rude, impatient, and I have been hung up on numerous times. I am on the verge of reporting the vehicle as stolen to the police and my insurance company. They refuse to give any partial refund. This has been a nightmare and they won't even allow me to drive there myself to pick it up. I just have to sit and wait. I didn't realize something like this could happen in real life.
