They made it very straightforward - price was as charged, very competitive with Brokers who would/could not commit to a specific date or carrier. Really, a completely hassle-free experience, which is surprising after all the horror stories you read elsewhere.
Locations for drop off and pick up weren't in the kind of places that you would want to hang out for long, and the offices were a bit run down, but the service was good.
I would recommend them to a friend, and I would gladly use them again.
