Shipment arrived on time, but the truck driver forgot to leave the keys with the car. He overnighted the keys to the terminal, but they arrived on a Saturday after the terminal has closed, and they weren't open over the weekend. I had to renew my car rental for 4 additional days, costing me almost $300 because of the driver's negligence. When contacting the company, the manager told me they'd reimburse me $25, which is completely unacceptable. I was told senior management would call me within 48 hours, and they never did. When calling back, I left messages with the manager but my calls were never returned.
