DAS Damaged My Car

I had shipped with you previously without incident. The last 2 times, the car arrived with damage to the under carriage. In the trip noted above, the driver was inexperienced, took almost an hour loading the car onto an almost empty vehicle and looked like a gang member. When I picked the car up in Palm Springs, California, it was absolutely filthy and there was a loud scraping sound when I drove it. I had to drive straight to the dealer to repair the car. DAS had hooked the car to its vehicle, in such a way that ripped the plastic piece mounted over the wheel and it was broken and dragging against the wheels. At the dealer, I paid to replace this and then DAS did the same thing again on passenger side wheel, when I shipped the car back to New York in May. DAS also changed their receiver from a professional outfit in Cathedral City, South West Towing to a very cheap garage in North Palm Springs which is not open on Saturday. The quality of your employees is dropping.
