had my lexus shipped ($989.00) and my range rover ($1189.00) shipped form pa to ca...upon pickup my range rover was missing a body molding. made a claim and submitted it (2 estimates)...the total price for repair was less than $100.00!!! the company refused to pay it stating it was less than the $250.00 deductible they assign to vehicles. thank GOD it was...if you screwed for $70.00 think about a larger amount. i used over $70.00 obtaining the estimates and sending/faxing the countless paperwork to them. horrible customer service and poor company insight.
