Yeah i understand they outsourced for my shipment but they used a very reliable source to load, ship, and unload my car. I am overseas and the gentleman at J&L Auto transports that actually loaded my car was very helpful and was able to drop off well after the listed hours since my wife worked at no additional fee. He came to the house at 10 pm and even helped to unload it into my garage so my wife wouldn't struggle since I'm not home to do it. Very professional.. They picked up within the 7 days of the ready date just as i said, and they were prompt at delivering the same day with no damage. If you feel weary about this, just take the information of the actually pick up companies information and look up reviews for your record. I highlyt reccommend and it was hundreds less than what i expected to pay.. thanks
