This shipping firm was recommended by a former neighbor who owns a moving/shipping company, and with whom I had previously done business. I have shipped numerous cars cross-country, but never before with Reliable. I'll admit I was somewhat concerned because I did see a couple negative reviews, but after a very positive experience, I felt these were the exception not the rule.

We needed a car to go from California to DC ASAP. We paid for an expedited service, about $3-400 more than standard, but it was worth it. 9 days door to door. Great customer service on both ends, good communication.

Auto shipping is a complicated businesses, but knowing that and having some previous experience, I was pleased with this firm and their work for us.
