Hey Tim,
I'm so sorry for how you were treated by the trucking company that we contracted for you. I will be contacting this company to express my great disappointment in not providing you with a smooth transport. We strive for great customer service and it is obvious that we have let you down by sending this company your way. It is becoming increasingly clear that today's society is no longer customer service oriented. This company has hauled cars for us dozens of times for the last 3 years, but without the good, the bad & the ugly of these reveiws, we would have no clue as to how the transport ended up. We appreciate your honesty and will strive to teach the trucking companies that we use, how important good customer service is.
