The transporting agency was: What A Way To Go Auto Transport. They're based out of Washington State.

I am overall pretty unhappy with the customer service that was provided to me. I contacted the driver of the carrier multiple times and was told on multiple occasions that he would call me back within 5 minutes. He never called back, after waiting over an hour in each instance, I always had to contact him. I was also PROMISED a delivery time. That was broken multiple times. Towards the time when I was expecting delivery I attempted to contact the driver and left two messages. After waiting some time, I contacted the transporting agency's dispatch center. She was able to contact the driver who promised a delivery time that night. I told the call taker about the incidents that had occurred and she told me that she couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge - she said there was no one except her. I asked if I could speak to the owner - she said no. I asked again and she said they were on vacation. I asked for their number and finally was able to obtain it.

Long story short - I got my car - but it was, again, late. I can understand the driver being late, however, I never received a call stating the delay, which cost me money. I took a day off of work to be able to receive my car. The next day, my father took a day off of work to receive the car and it was still late after all the promises. On top of that, I didn't appreciate the attitude that I received from the dispatcher. Next time i'll just purchase a local car or fly out to drive it back.

Hey Tim, I'm so sorry for how you were treated by the trucking company that we contracted for you. I will be contacting this company to express my great disappointment in not providing you with a smooth transport. We strive for great customer service and it is obvious that we have let you down by sending this company your way. It is becoming increasingly clear that today's society is no longer customer service oriented. This company has hauled cars for us dozens of times for the last 3 years, but without the good, the bad & the ugly of these reveiws, we would have no clue as to how the transport ended up. We appreciate your honesty and will strive to teach the trucking companies that we use, how important good customer service is.
