They under-quoted; took a deposit; promised to pick-up car in 7-10 days. They never did. One month elapsed and nothing happened. They also will not refund deposit under 30 days have elapsed so you are probably forced to lose your deposit if you decide to go with another company. Telephone communication is poor/unavailable. Big tip is don't give a deposit until you have a firm, promised date. Based on my experience and other reviews this company is morally and organisationally bankrupt. They deserve to disappear.
