                        This was a very quick move.  A driver was scheduled to pick the vehicle the very first day it was available.  As soon as we secure a driver, we send an email with the dispatch information to the customer.  It includes approximate pick up & delivery dates, if the trucker is running behind or ahead of schedule, they are responsible for letting the customer know.  Donnie's Transport did just that.  #1 in our Terms and Conditions states that we charge a $10 processing fee for processing the order and it is also listed at the bottom of each quote.
