They were great! I called them and told them the vehicle was ready for pick-up, and they told me anywhere from 3-10 days. Called me back the next morning, already had a pick up scheduled. It was picked up on time, and took one extra day to get to me, but it was due to an extremely bad storm that had come through. Very professional, good follow up, good customer service. I would use them again, and their quote was the least of about 15 I received.
