This is the first time that I hire a auto shipment company to ship my car from Georgia to California. It's easy to place my order online with possible pickup date. The Red Dog transportation company picked up my car 1 day earlier than the date I filled on the form. Since they'll call you to ask if the pickup date is ok for you, you don't have to worry about what if you are not able to give your car to them at an unexpected date. The driver was delayed about 2hrs for pickup due to bad traffic in the early morning, but considering he was coming from far away place, this is acceptible. My car was delivered on time as I requested. I was very happy to get my car a few hours after I arrived in CA. Although my car was very dirty, which is also acceptible considering it traveled 2500 miles in an open truck, it was just like what I gave to the driver. The truck driver, Chuck, was very nice during the shipment when I asked about my car, telling where he was and contacted me immediately when arrived CA.
In a word, I strongly recommend the Dependable Auto Movers, as well as the Red Dog Transportation, although the choice of the latter in not within your control.
