This was our first auto transport. It was for a move from Massachusetts to Colorado, the car is a Chrysler Town&Country. I contacted 1st Call Auto Haul (a broker) - based on excellent reviews I read on this website, www.transportreviews.com. I got by far the very best offer, time and money wise. I was very hesitant at first because of the excellent price, and also whether the broker will choose a good driver. At last, I couldn't be happier: The driver (Tony Campbell from Dealer's Choice Transport) was professional, nice and trustworthy. The car was picked up in time in Massachusetts in front of our house. In Colorado, we had a friend who accepted the car from Tony for us at a location of our choice. It came in the same condition we had it handed over to Tony in Massachusetts, and in time, and in accordance to our friends' time preferences. Both, Eric from 1st Call Auto Haul, and Tony from Dealer's Choice Transport, were very cooperative on times of pick-up and acceptance, and were honest and helpful in any possible way. I very much appreciated the door-to-door transportation and the flexibility and cooperativeness of all persons I dealt with.
