Before I made the decision to book a reservation with DASH, I'd received about 7-10 estimates from competing businesses and they were all within $650-$800. When speaking with some of the other brokers they told me that it was unlikely that any transporter would agree to pick up my vehicle if I booked the reservation with DASH at $650 because it was a holiday weekend and a host of other reasons. Some tried to dissuade me from booking a reservation with ANY broker for less than $750.00. Ultimately, I chose DASH because of the sincerity and professionalism I'd experienced with Gilbert. Gilbert informed me that he had developed great working relationships with a number of the auto transporters and he was confident that it would get picked up. He assured me that he would personally guarantee my reservation, and he even sent me an email to that effect. I appreciated the professionalism and sense of ownership he demonstrated so I booked the reservation with DASH. Gilbert booked my vehicle that same day with Best Transport (within hours), and he guaranteed that it would be picked up on 12/27/07 or 12/28/07. NONE of the other brokers offered ANY kind of guarantee but I believed Gilbert. True to his word, Best Transport picked up my vehicle from NJ on 12/28/07 and delivered it to my door in Florida on 12/30/07, only 2 days in transit over a holiday weekend! I was amazed and beyond satisfied. My vehicle was in the same exact condition in which I left it, no damage and all of my personal items were accounted for. I will definitely refer business to DASH in the future as my experience was phenomenal! If you deal with DASH, ask for Gilbert and you'll be in good hands. Many many thanks to you, Gilbert!
