I hired Daily Direct to deliver a motorcycle that I purchased online, to my residence. I was originally told the pickup date would be on may 20th but on the 20th, shelley e-mailed me that the driver had just left the area and now the pickup would be in the next 14 days. The 18th day after, I e-mailed shelley kueney and she responded to me that it looks now like it would be at the end of next week.I have been lied to so much that I can no longer trust this company to handle my motorcycle. It has been a month since I bought it, and it is still with the seller. He was told by daily direct that it would be picked up on the 20th as well but was never informed otherwise when they did not pick it up. Daily Direct charged the full amount of the delivery as soon as they received the contract even knowing they would not pick the bike up any time in the next month.When I told shelley that I order products online and companies never charge you for somthing on backorder until it actually ships,she laughed and told me the bike is not on back order, it just hasnt been picked up yet.I contacted them but now they only hang up on me.They are trying to charge me 100 dollars for breaking the contract even though they were totally neglegent and dishonest throughout the entire transaction. According to Daily Direct, the contract would still be valid if it took them over a year to deliver and they would still charge me for breaking the contract.Daily Direct AKA haul bikes .com has had over 30 complaints with the Better Business B. in the last 36 months and no other registered company of this type and size has had any.
