My entire experience with haulbikes was a headache. Customer service was lousy. They did not send me a single update email on the status of my bike even though they claim they did. Even after numerous calls requesting exactly that. They also let my battery go completely dead resulting in me having to buy a new one when I picked my bike up. I called about reimbursement for the battery and customer service could not have cared less. Overall this is a pathetic company and I will never use them again. Save yourself and go with ANYONE else or ship your bike yourself.
