I've shipped many cars over many years with mixed results. As soon as you enter a request you get bombarded with automated text, email and phone messages but none of them typically have a live voice behind the marketing. Then they over promise and the rates can change. Working with Rick at DRS was a pleasure. He's responsive, picks up the phone and communicates very well - and in the end coordinated the transport of my non-working vehicle during this past holiday season without any issues or stress. I highly recommend DRS.
