Used DNA to ship my daughter's car out to CA in July (all went well), then again in December to bring it back to CT. Besides a little delay in finding out from the driver the exact delivery date all went well. Upon delivery there was a mechanical problem with the car that was behind my car on the trailer so the driver asked me to meet him at a different delivery location that wasn't far from the original location so he could work on the problem. While it was a slight inconvenience it wasn't bad. The driver also offered to pay for my transportation cost if needed to get me to the new delivery location. He handled the situation in a professional manner and minimized any inconvenience. I would recommend.
